Power Shopping

$150.00 per hour (2-hour min.), Virtual $75.00/hr

Need help getting everything picture-perfect? This critical service is done on the day of the photoshoot. It’s all about fine-tuning the "homework" from the consultation. We will style each key space for maximum photo impact. Emotional connection points will be staged in key rooms.

Photo Ready Styling Session

Starts at $595.00 - $895.00 (up to 1500 sq ft) Over 1500 sq ft - $795.00, Over 3000 sq ft - $895.00

During the consultation, we provide expert recommendations to appeal to the largest pool of buyers. We go from curb to closets, discussing everything from curb appeal, depersonalizing, furniture placement, to paint color suggestions, and more. Includes a staging report and checklist.

Pre-Listing Consultation

$350.00 - $450.00

This package includes a pre-listing walk and talk consultation, getting the home ready for a photo session, and 30 days of decor and accessories rental. It's perfect for larger homes needing a premium staging experience.

Deluxe Occupied Staging Package

Starts at $1300.00, $1600.00 for homes over 3000 sq ft

Feeling overwhelmed with preparing your home to sell? We come to implement consultation recommendations, staging key areas like the living room, bedroom, and kitchen. You can also rent accessories based on your home’s needs.

Half-Day Occupied Staging

$695.00

Have a larger home or need more help? We provide all services in the half-day package but with extended time. Accessories are available for rental. Includes before/after photos and transformation as we stage key areas of the home.

Full-Day Occupied Staging
